I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

A Couple Photos from Some Recent Real Estate Shoots

Seen on the Street Tonight

Caturday - Meow!

I'm adding to the proliferation of cats on the internet, and I just don't care!

Have a happy caturday. Go find someone's head to scratch.

Don't forget, amazingly cute kittens and cats to adopt are always here.

Film Friday - Back in Action!

Kodak BW400CN, a chromogenic black and white film, my first roll of it. I'm not totally convinced, but I think I like it.

For a while I kind of forgot about sharing film photos with y'all. I'll admit, the shine had worn off a bit for me. And though I kept shooting film, I put off getting it developed for a couple months.

All of that added up to a backlog of a few rolls (I go through film pretty slowly) that I just recently got around to scanning. Now I've got quite a few shots I'd like to share with you! So mosey on back on Fridays to see them all; I'll do my best to make it a regular thing.

Soft Pink

Lars, Eric, and Maureen - San Francisco Family Photographer

I don't know why it's taken me so long to share this sweet session! It was such a fun day, and the light was beautiful - soft and overcast almost the whole time. I love photographing in San Francisco!

The star of it all was clearly little Mr Lars, only a few days shy of his first birthday and already a total charmer. I don't think I've ever seen a more smiley baby. It was certainly no hardship taking photos of him!

We met up at the San Francisco Arboretum, a location I am definitely going to use again soon! The astounding number of gorgeous, beautiful backdrops was simply stunning.

Of course we had to have a couple amid the California poppies.

See what I mean about the smiles?

I think this next one is my favorite. Eric and Maureen got a large wood block of it to put on the wall, and it printed out amazingly well!

I also just loved the greenery around this bench!

It's always important to make time to watch the ducks go by.

To finish up we did a few shots of Lars on his red blanket with a few toys! I just love the concentration in his eyes!
