I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

Film Friday - More Expired Film

A few shots of expired Portra 160 NC. They turned out better than I had hoped, actually. Definitely better than that expired TMAX from last time.

Looking for Montreal photos? Those are coming. Next week, I promise. I just happened to scan this roll first.

Film Friday - Tahoe Weekend

A few photos from our last weekend in Tahoe, no dogs included this time.

I'm just loving this summer. I don't want it to end. All this gorgeous light is totally spoiling me. I love waking up when the sun is already up and being able to go for an evening walk while there's still some light out. Fall and winter have their own charms, sure, but there's nothing like summer.

I have so many photographs of this house. I feel like I should put them together into a collection or something.

Happy Friday! Coming soon on Film Friday: Montreal! Just spent an incredible weekend there and I'm still missing it a bit. Fortunately I took a few photos while I was there though. :-)

Happy Holidays!

Home from another lovely weekend in Tahoe. There wasn't much snow, but we did get to go snowshoeing on Saturday, which was so lovely. Along the way we came upon this view and I knew I had to get a picture. Doesn't it look a bit like Yosemite?

I hope you're all enjoying a warm (emotionally) holiday season, with plenty of time spent with loved ones, but not too much stress or sniffles. We've been having a great time with lots of different family permutations, plus Evan's parents got a new puppy! Nothing beats a new puppy for sheer happiness per minute, I think.

Only a little more than a day left in this year - go make the most of it!

Film Friday - Tahoe Summer

A fun summer weekend with friends. Fuji Superia 400, a film you can pick up in any drugstore, but I was pretty happy with the results.
