I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

Head Tilt
I know this image is really simple, and maybe not that interesting, but there's something about it that gets me. I wasn't all that close to this seagull, but he (or she) was really checking me out. In a thoughtful way.
I think he has quite a bit of character. I would once like to know that those on the other side of the camera think of those of us so mystified with them. I like the black and white, the weathered wood, great shot.
Beautiful tones on this really nice composition! I think the simplicity of the image makes the image! I love that bird's expression "Hmmmmm, wonder what she is going to do next?"....instead of us going bird watching, he has gone people watching! Great textures as well!

ReplyDeleteThat's a fantastic capture!! It portrays not just a bird, but it's spirit too.
ReplyDeleteSometimes simple is the best. Everything works to make this a wonderful image.
ReplyDeleteI really like the simplicty of the shot and the tilt of his head.
