I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

Pet Pride Day 2013

These photos are a bit overdue - they've been languishing on my hard drives since October of last year, and I still love some of the costumes, so I thought I'd share them with you.

Pet Pride day is an annual San Francisco event that takes place in Golden Gate Park usually close to Halloween. People are encouraged to bring along all kinds of pets and to costume them as creatively as they can. As you can see, there are a lot of very patient dogs in this city!

Of course, not only dogs can get dressed up . . . .

And some other pets made appearances.

I just loved the chinchillas - they were so soft!

And of course I've always been a big fan of rats.

This animal was not up for adoption, sadly . . .

Legally Blonde! I loved this costume.
