I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Evening
Walking around the city tonight I spied this set of different colored lights in doorways, and thought it would make a good shot.
A beautiful, array of colours and shapes that are so pleasing to my eye. I love this nearly as much as I did your Alamo Square shot which was breathtaking.
This picture just pulled me in the minute I viewed it...not only are the lighting and colors outstanding, but I love the perspective you shot this at looking up at the windows. The soft lighting from the fixture helps pull me up to the window as well.
Really can't add much that hasn't already been said although I will try, Tamera. I like how the cornice work has been highlighted. Even the window shades and color add interest. Reflections of the last light of day in another window also add an additional interest. Nice find and nice capture. Lovely.

ReplyDeleteThe colours are so lovely and warm and soft in this, well done
ReplyDeleteI second Ron's comments. Your photos are stunning, Jessica. Especially the way you see and capture light.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I like the lighting and colors.
ReplyDeleteYou were right. The composition and colors really grabbed me too. Thanks!
