I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

Street Corner

I'm not sure what it is about this image, it doesn't fit my usual criteria of something I'd post, but something about it just speaks to me. So I thought I'd share it with you and see if it affects you similarly.

  1. Yep takes me back to when it was safe to hang around a street corner, at dusk. Not many places like that left. Is that Fonzy actoss the street?

  2. I think what I like about it is the beautiful blue of the sky contrasted with the warm gold glow of the buildings, though I'm a bit bothered by the lit signs being so blown out.

  6. Overall I like this. It would have been nice if there were some way to not have those signs blown out so badly, but I do like to overall feel. It takes me back to times I've been in a little community like this watching the people just living their lives. There is something very warm and comfortable about it.

  7. It may be all the detail in the building on the left versus the plain one on the right.
