I swear, I don't even really like cars. But they don't move, so they're perfect for photographs. And this one was really cool.
Tip: I used f/22 to get the highlights on the chrome to turn into those little star things. You can try it too!

ReplyDeleteNice, but I find the car on the left and some of the background distracting. I like the emphasis of the bulbous nose. This is one aspect of the Edsels that people did not like back in 58, but now it is the really "cool" feature of the car. I know that you dislike cars, but an important aspect of car photography (for well finished cars) is to show off the reflection of the surroundings in the paint. The better the car is finished, the smoother the reflection (no ripples). Reflections, of course, show up better on the on the flat sides of the car, but you have some on the front and on the open door. Very nice...
