  2. Hello Jessica! Love the way you have cropped this photo. Just enough of the squirrel to create a tension - with a look of expectation to know he is aiming to make it up the tree trunk. Love what you've done with the composition, lighting and contrasts. Great job.

  3. WONDERFUL Jessica! It feels like I can reach out and pet the guy (if only he would stay still)! Amazing clarity and details, love what you have done with this!

  8. For what ever reason, this crop is really bothering me. I find that I keep looking down to see the back feet and tail.
Also, I would prefer to either have less of the tree in frame, or more of the tree in focus. Maybe stop down to get the bark more in focus (there looks to be plenty of room in the back to keep the awesome bokeh,) or move a little to the right.

  9. I love the detail in the whiskers and the sharpness of those eyes. Glad my dog isn't looking!

  10. Z and Sriraam, I agree with you. I would rather have the rest of the squirrel in the frame, but I just didn't get the right focal length at the right time. Shooting squirrels I tend to just end up with a lot of OOF (out of focus) shots. This one turned out, but it's not the perfect shot, I grant you that.

Everyone else, thanks for all the comments and support!
