I'm so glad you found me! I'm a San Francisco photographer, and this blog charts my journey in the ever-evolving world of photography. One of the things I love about photography is that it's a journey, not a destination. I'm constantly learning and meeting wonderful people. Please peruse the blog to your heart's content, then check out my website and feel free to contact me! (I love hearing from you.)

Pink, Pinker . . .
Another from yesterday's tree. I just thought the light on these was so pretty. I think this is cherry, anyone know for sure?
Super job on the lighting and DOF. I don't think they're cherry, but I could be wrong. It really doesn't matter because they've added a smile to my day well as others. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteYou have to check out the song in the above video - a gorgeous one about cherry blossoms, by one of my favourite singer songwriters in the world.
I love the way these blossoms look like tissue paper, so delicate. The color really stands out. Can't wait for blossoms in my area!
ReplyDeleteLove how the lighting makes those petals just glow...it almost looks like a tissue paper flower!
ReplyDeleteThe lighting give the petals a surreal look.

ReplyDeleteI thin they're plum (at least that's what the plum flowers look like in Santa Cruz). They look amazing and smell awesome =)
ReplyDeleteThe blossoms are beautiful. They seem to glow. The bokeh is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe light and the pink are gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteGreat light. Wonderful image!
ReplyDeleteThe light is indeed fantastic. I think they are cherry from the doubleness and the bark peeling away.
